Cut my access to my account and are unable ti restore
Out of the blue, I had no access. Numerous attempts to restore failed. Their tech support was poor, so now I have no access after 13 years as a customer.

Cancel my account
I wish to cancel my Rivals account effective immediately. I am no longer interested.
Please advise me when this has been accomplished since the phone number on my last bill is no longer in service.

I have been trying for over two weeks to connect to pay a past due bill but have been unable to reach billing. It won't let me change my card update nor pay the bill.

Event problems in game
The game crashed in the middle of my chargers event and counts it as a loss. And i was just playing the jets event and it shut off on me again.
I have great internet and no reason the game should shut off on my end. I have all the updates. I play the game about 20+ hours a week and this hasn't ever happened. Hopefully we can get this resolved.
I love the game.
I just dont want to lose interest for dumb reasons. Thank you for your time.
