Poor customer service
I am trying to cancel my subscription and Rivals apparently has no system to do this. So they continue to bill me.
Extremely frustrating since the merger with ON 3.
I ended up calling my credit card provider to block the billing. Its a scam to transfer to ON3.

Verified ReviewerSite is misleading. Site will give you the impression that you will be or could contact someone. Then when you call it's the wrong number. I'm glad no money was involved

Cannot access message boards
I was banned from the Sound Off Board by a liberal moderator 10 months ago. I was contacted and told the ban was lifted by a different moderator and the moderator who had banned me and left the platform.
My guess is he or she left the country after Trump was elected. Subscribed to Rivals for a month. An hour after subscribing I could not gain access to the Sound Off Board or the Main Board. I kept receiving the message "The page requested cannot be viewed." Spent 30 minutes in a chat with someone from Rivals / Yahoo customer service.
Logged in and out of the site from my desktop, laptop, and phone. Changed my profile to a different email. Still could not gain access, and no one could explain why. Gave up and cancelled my subscription.
My ban 10 months ago was because, in a series of political discussions, I posted a video of a man being shot killed by a criminal.
No blood, no gore in the video, but I was banned. This despite the Sound Off Board allowing countless videos of people being knocked put, seriously injured, and some killed. But I am a prosecutor who dislikes crime and dislikes liberal crime friendly DAs and mayors, and I was well known to be conservative.
This was offensive to a liberal moderator; consequently I was banned. So now I spend my time on tiderinsider.com
Cancel a subscription
No one answers they were not they will not let you cancel this subscription. Its impossible to get a hold of anyone. I suggest that no one get a subscription arrivals ever.

Out of the blue, I had no access. Numerous attempts to restore failed. Their tech support was poor, so now I have no access after 13 years as a customer.

I have been trying for over two weeks to connect to pay a past due bill but have been unable to reach billing. It won't let me change my card update nor pay the bill.

I was banned from the KU rivals basketball board for no reason. Shay deleted a thread. I started a new thread asking why he was banned didnt use any bad language or say anything any appropriate
No one will respond to me.

The game crashed in the middle of my chargers event and counts it as a loss. And i was just playing the jets event and it shut off on me again.
I have great internet and no reason the game should shut off on my end. I have all the updates. I play the game about 20+ hours a week and this hasn't ever happened. Hopefully we can get this resolved.
I love the game.
I just dont want to lose interest for dumb reasons. Thank you for your time.
